The History of American Chemical Services
The American Chemical Services Company (ACS) was founded in 1982 as the Winsor Pittman Company. It adopted its present name in 1986. ACS is a sub S, West Virginia corporation and is wholly owned by Curtin Winsor, Jr. The company offers storage facilities for liquid products (over 1.5 million gallons) and dry or containerized product storage and blending facilities (10,000 square feet); as well as a facility for bagging solid materials and drumming liquids. We can easily transfer liquids to or from trucks, railroad cars or barges.
